“I was feeling unseen and unheard. I recognised a pattern that didn't serve me but didn't know how to heal that. I was feeling isolated and alone, and felt that I couldn't talk openly about what I was going through. I realised I couldn't do this on my own. It was a relief to be totally honest in an environment that was safe. A relief to be real. It was like you gently pushed me through the haze into the light, my light.

The biggest difference for me is in my relationships. I feel more real and more honest and my relationships have so much more depth - something I didn't expect but am so grateful for and proud of. This has had a ripple effect on the relationships that are important to me. I come more from wisdom and way less from control. I feel like I make a difference for myself and this naturally makes a difference for those around me.

I can't tell you what it means to me to have gone through this experience. In the beginning I felt so lost and isolated. I know this transformational part of my life still has some way to go but I feel so ready for it now, ready to embrace what is to come.
